Hao Shen

Hao Shen is a senior technical consultant at Y Soft, where responsibilities include working on the global print fleet management system Y Soft SafeQ, utilizing technologies such as Spring framework, C#, and Python. Hao Shen was the first employee in the Shanghai subsidiary, focusing on developing new business opportunities and enhancing technical efficiency for local partners through technical sessions and communication with the regional business team. Previously, experience includes serving as an Opics technical consultant at Misys Banking Systems, where involvement in treasury solution implementation and user training was key, and as a product support engineer at Fair Isaac, providing technical support for major proprietary products. An earlier role as a software consultant at Mindteck involved managing a rebate management system while utilizing various technologies. Hao Shen holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Information Technology from Curtin University.
