Lucie Falis

Lucie Falis is an experienced recruitment and HR professional with a strong background in employer branding and human resource management. Currently serving as Recruitment Lead at Y Soft since August 2019, Lucie leads a dynamic team to deliver recruitment services that address the business's needs. Previously, Lucie worked at Kiwi.com from November 2015 to July 2019, initially as an HR/Recruiter and later as an Employer Branding Specialist, focusing on enhancing the candidate and employee experience. Lucie's earlier experience includes the role of HR Manager at AIESEC, where the selection process for international internships was managed, and Child Sponsorship Programme Coordinator at Archdiocese Caritas Prague, providing educational support and field work. Lucie holds a Master's degree in Public Policy and Human Resources from Masaryk University Brno, alongside qualifications in social and humanitarian work from CARITAS and Palacký University.
