Luke Carter

Luke is a Partner and Vice President of Data Science at Y2. He has extensive experience in predictive analytics, market segmentation, and data visualization, and he utilizes these skills to help generate deep strategic insights for a wide range of clients. Based in Washington, DC, Luke manages much of Y2 Analytics’ national political work, and he has directed campaign analytics and voter targeting research for dozens of campaigns and committees.

Prior to joining Y2, Luke served as Senior Data Services manager for Data Trust, as well as doing work for Jeb 2016 and TargetPoint Consulting.
