Irene Ong is a seasoned Business Analyst and Scrum Master with a robust background in software engineering and development. Currently serving at Y3 Technologies since November 2020, Irene drives awareness of requirements across business units while also coaching teams to enhance their culture and processes. With extensive experience in full-stack development and Agile methodologies, Irene's previous roles include Information Technology Application Analyst at Woh Hup (Private) Limited and Software Application Developer at Tunity Technologies Pte Ltd, where Irene contributed to several asset management systems and responsive web applications. Additional experience includes software engineering at Sembcorp Marine Ltd and internships at SIM IT Sdn Bhd and Top 3 Media Pte Ltd. Irene holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science with a focus on Software Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.
