Simmy Allen has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Simmy began their career in 1999 as an Assistant Media Planner at KSL Media and later worked as a Foreign Press Liaison for the Office of the Mayor of Jerusalem. In 2001, Simmy joined The Interdisciplinary Center, Herzliya, where they served as the International Communications & Relations Coordinator, managing international public relations and coordinating arrangements for international speakers and guests.

Afterward, they worked as a PR Assistant at the Sephardic Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, responsible for designing and editing marketing and public relations material. Simmy then joined Gouverneur Healthcare Services as a PR Manager, where they managed policies and procedures for a skilled nursing facility and coordinated a staff of 40.
