Esteban Ruiz Mancilla

Esteban Ruiz Mancilla is an experienced professional in project management and entrepreneurship education. Currently serving as the PMO Manager at Yadran since October 2020, Esteban is responsible for evaluating, budgeting, and controlling corporate project portfolios and investments, while also collaborating in corporate management control processes. In addition to this role, Esteban has been a faculty member at Duoc UC since March 2022, teaching courses related to entrepreneurial mindset and innovation. Previous experience includes leadership positions at Inmobiliaria 3L and Acción Emprendedora, where Esteban focused on operations management and incubation of startups, respectively. Esteban holds a degree in Industrial Civil Engineering from Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María, a Master's in Government, Public Policies, and Territory from Universidad Alberto Hurtado, and several diplomas in innovation and development.
