Ilit Sasson

ILit Sasson has a diverse work experience with various companies. ILit started their career in 2011 as a Shift Manager at Pelephone and worked there until 2015. ILit then joined AllJobs as a Career Counsellor from 2015 to 2017. After that, they worked as an HR at L.M. GROUP - קבוצת ל.מ from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, ILit joined Yael Group as a Technical Recruiter and later transitioned to the role of an Account Manager in May 2021. ILit is responsible for HR recruitment, managing the full cycle recruiting process, sourcing candidates, and providing consultation and integration of technological solutions at Yael Group.

ILit Sasson has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences with a field of study in Human Resources Development from The Open University of Israel. Additionally, they have a diploma in Organizational Development from Beit Berel. In 2017, ILit obtained a certification in Organizational Development and Conflict Resolution from Brit Berel.
