Noam Ben-Ari has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and system administration. Noam started their career in 2005 as a Software Developer at Atera Networks and later worked as a System Administrator at Tromax Ltd. In 2008, they joined Yael Group as a Senior Software Developer where they contributed to the development of a Full-Stuck System based on Web-Api and Angular 11. Noam also developed complicated IBM Datacap Processes for OCR scanning into Content Management Systems and C# server-side programs on the company system application in an IBM environment.

In 2013, Noam Ben-Ari was promoted to the role of Software Development Team Lead at Yael Group. In this role, they managed and assisted the team in fulfilling all development and ALC tasks to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Noam also analyzed client-specified problems to develop interfaces for SAP integration with the Archive System of ILA (Israel Land Authority) and managed a big Consolidation Project and Upgrade process of the Archive System of ILA. Noam Ben-Ari held this position until April 2019.

Noam Ben-Ari completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from IDC Herzliya from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, they obtained various certifications in the field of web development, including "Front-End JavaScript Frameworks: AngularJS," "Front-End Web UI Frameworks and Tools," and "HTML, CSS and JavaScript" from Coursera Course Certificates in 2016.
