Roy Cohen has over 15 years of experience working in high tech companies. Roy served as the VP of Finance & Operations at Yael Group from February 2007 until the present, where they worked closely with the CEO and the executive team on strategic planning. Roy has extensive experience in managing and analyzing all financial aspects, leading ERP projects, and developing business strategies. Roy is a specialist in domestic and international contracts and has a deep understanding of customer needs. Prior to their role at Yael Group, Roy worked as an Auditor at BDO Israel, where they audited financial reports for private and public companies and gained experience in Israeli and U.S GAAP and Sox auditing. Roy was recognized with the Outstanding Employee Award of the firm.

Roy Cohen completed their education at two different institutions. From 2000 to 2004, they attended Ono Academic College and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, Accounting. Later, from 2016 to 2017, they pursued a Master's degree in Law at Bar-Ilan University. In addition to their formal education, Roy also obtained several certifications. Roy completed the "The role of the CFO in the firm" certification from the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel in 2013. In 2011, they acquired the "Board of Directors for Accountants" certification from the same institution. Furthermore, in 2006, Roy obtained the "Management Reserve" certification from BDO Israel.
