Victor Ayala has over 18 years of experience in sales and account management roles within the electronics industry. Victor served as the Director of Sales for Central US and LATAM at YAGEO Group, after holding positions at KEMET Electronics Corporation, Avnet Electronics Marketing, Flextronics, and Memec. Their roles included Area Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Commodity Manager, and Account Manager, showcasing their diverse skill set and expertise.

Victor Ayala earned a BSc in Electronics Systems Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey in the years 1996-2000. Victor then pursued an MSc in International Business & Management at Alliance Manchester Business School from 2006 to 2007.
