Jodie Boldrighini

Jodie Boldrighini is currently the VP of Human Resources for Strategic Operations at Yale New Haven Health. Jodie has over fifteen years of experience in the health and wellness industry.

Boldrighini began their career as a registered nurse at Mount Sinai Medical Center in 1999. After two years, they transitioned to Greenwich Hospital where they managed corporate health services for five years. In 2008, they joined Yale New Haven Health Systems as the Associate Director of Corporate Health and Wellness. Jodie held this position for seven years before assuming their current role in 2015.

In their current role, Boldrighini is responsible for leading the health and wellness initiatives for Yale New Haven Health. Jodie has been instrumental in developing programs that focus on employee wellness and improving patient care. Under their leadership, Yale New Haven Health has become a leader in the health and wellness industry.

Jodie Boldrighini has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of New Haven and a Bachelors from Georgetown University in the field of Nursing.
