Jorge Rodriguez

Jorge L. Rodriguez is an accomplished healthcare executive currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Ambulatory Officer at Yale New Haven Health since June 2024. Previously, Jorge held senior leadership positions at Yale Medicine as SVP and COO of the Clinician Enterprise, and Chief Operating Officer. Jorge's experience includes a tenure as Chief of Primary Care and Care Continuity at the University of Miami Health System, where strategic expansion initiatives were implemented. Jorge also served as Senior Vice President for Ambulatory and Primary Care at Mount Sinai Health System, focusing on primary care redesign, and as Vice President of Ambulatory Care at The Mount Sinai Hospital, overseeing numerous departments and practices. Earlier roles at Montefiore Health System involved executive leadership within a large multi-site primary and specialty care enterprise. Jorge's career began with the New York State Department of Health and St. Vincent's Hospital. Jorge earned a Master of Public Administration in Health Care Administration from New York University.
