Joseph Caruso

Joseph Caruso is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in corporate real estate management and asset strategy. Presently serving as the Executive Director of Corporate Real Estate at Yale New Haven Health since 2012, Joseph oversees a substantial real estate portfolio encompassing 12 million square feet along the Connecticut coastline. Prior positions include Principal at Commercial Realty Advisors, LLC, and Senior Vice President roles at RexCorp Realty and Reckson Associates, where Joseph successfully managed large teams and substantial operating budgets. Joseph's career began at Peter Elliot, LLC, specializing in leasing and consulting across the Northeast.
