Joshua Wells

Joshua Wells serves as a Population Health Analyst at Yale New Haven Health since November 2018, where responsibilities include leading the development of population and value-based care data, managing data analysis, benchmarking performance, and supporting business proposal development. Previously, Joshua was a Special Projects Consultant at Yale New Haven Health, contributing to organizational projects, program analysis, and grant writing. Prior experience includes serving as Project Lead at Blueberry Hills Landscaping, overseeing landscaping projects and managing staff, as well as a Legislative Intern at the Connecticut General Assembly, where duties involved research and communication with legislators. Joshua holds an MBA with a focus in Healthcare Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from Quinnipiac University.
