Tina Bennett

Tina Bennett is currently the Chief Experience Officer and Interim Chief Experience Officer at Yale New Haven Health, where responsibilities include overseeing the delivery of exceptional healthcare experiences for patients, caregivers, and families while driving improvements in patient satisfaction across the health system. Tina also serves as an Adjunct Professor in Healthcare Studies focusing on Patient Centered Care at Southern Connecticut State University. Prior experience at Yale New Haven Hospital includes leadership roles such as Director of Community Outreach Programs/Patient Transport, Director of Patient Transport, Senior Manager, Manager of Patient Transport, Manager of Environmental Services, Supervisor Environmental Services, and Supervisor of Food & Nutrition. Tina holds a Master's degree in Public Administration with a focus on Health Care Management and a certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of New Haven, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Southern Connecticut State University.
