Will Cushing Pa-C

Will Cushing PA-C, MHA, MMSc, SFHM, currently serves as the Executive Director of Hospital Medicine at Yale New Haven Hospital, a role encompassing leadership of the largest in-patient clinical service that addresses comprehensive patient care needs. With extensive experience in developing and overseeing advanced practice provider teams, Will has managed over 100 APPs and has led initiatives that result in over 2000 bedside procedures annually. In addition to prior roles including Chief Physician Assistant for the Hospitalist service and various leadership positions within hospital committees, Will contributes to academia as an Assistant Clinical Professor at Yale University School of Medicine, where instruction spans medical students and residents in clinical settings. Educational credentials include a Master's of Medical Science from Yale School of Medicine, a Master's in Health Care Administration from the University of New Haven, and a Bachelor's in Biology from Houghton University.
