Chad Losee

Chad Losee currently serves as the Head of Strategy in the Office of the Provost at Yale University, a position held since 2023. Previously, Chad held the role of Managing Director of MBA Admissions and Financial Aid at Harvard Business School from 2016 to 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Manager at Bain & Company, where roles included Consultant and Case Team Leader. Chad's career also features positions such as Assistant Director for HBS Online and Leadership Fellow in the Office of Dean Nitin Nohria at Harvard Business School, as well as an internship at BYU-Idaho's Office of President Kim B. Clark. Earlier roles at Bain & Company included Consultant and various positions leading up to Manager, with a transfer to the Stockholm office for a period. Chad began a research partnership with Darren Hawkins at Brigham Young University's Political Science Department prior to entering the consulting field. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Management from the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a BA in International Relations from Brigham Young University.
