Jeanine Dames

Jeanine Dames serves as the Director of the Office of Career Strategy and Senior Associate Dean at Yale College since October 2011, leading a team of 28 to provide comprehensive career services and support for students and alumni across various academic programs. Prior to this role, Dames was the Deputy Director of the Office of Career Strategy and Director of Employment Programs, enhancing process efficiency and implementing online programming during strategic growth. Earlier positions include Director of the Career Development Office at Yale Law School and Senior Associate Director of Relationship Management at Yale School of Management. Dames has also held roles at Fordham University School of Law and Cardozo School of Law, managing recruitment programs and advising graduates. Dames holds a Doctor of Law degree from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Cornell University.
