Jon Atherton

Jon Atherton is an experienced communications professional serving as the Associate Director of Communications at Yale University since June 2015. In this role, Jon collaborates with West Campus residents and the Office of Public Affairs & Communications to effectively promote and share the narratives of Yale West Campus. Prior to this position, Jon held the role of Director of Strategy & Communications at the Community Alliance for Research & Engagement at Yale School of Public Health from April 2012 to May 2015, and previously served as Assistant Director at Yale University from April 2007 to February 2012. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Ecological Science from London Metropolitan University, which was obtained between 1994 and 1997.
