KC Mills has extensive experience in operational management within academic settings, currently serving as Operations Manager for Silliman Residential College at Yale College since September 2004. Additionally, KC Mills has held the role of Executive Assistant to the Dean and previously worked as Operations Manager in the Department of Diagnostic Radiology at Yale University School of Medicine from June 2015 to July 2016. KC Mills also has experience as Executive Administrator to the Chair, contributing to effective administration in higher education.
