Madison Butchko

Undergraduate Researcher at Yale University

I am an enthusiastic and driven undergraduate researcher with a passion for solving complex scientific problems through innovative methods like Physics-Informed Neural Networks (PINNs).

Throughout my time at Yale, I have been awarded (NSF) REU Fellowships, where I contributed to advanced research at Yale University in both biophysics and plant biology.

In the field of renewable energy, I have conducted extensive research on Perovskite solar cells, investigating the role of copper thiocyanate (CuScn) as a hole transport material and analyzing data to explore the effects of environmental factors on cell performance.

With a multidisciplinary background that spans mechanical engineering, computational modeling, biophysics, and renewable energy, I am passionate about leveraging cutting-edge technology to drive innovation and find solutions that positively impact the world.
