Mike Bellamy is the Vice President of Facilities and Campus Development at Yale University. Mike previously worked as the Director of Planning, Design and Construction for Kaiser Permanente's National Facilities Services Mid-Atlantic States Region. In this role, they were responsible for the delivery of all contracting, planning and programming, real estate acquisition support, design, medical equipment planning, cost estimating, construction acquisition, field inspection, commissioning of complex building systems, and integration of all facilities-related building activation services required to deliver a $3.5 billion multi-year capital program that supports the Region's accelerated membership growth strategy. This program encompassed new healthcare facilities and renovation of existing healthcare facilities located across Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.

During their time with Kaiser Permanente, Mike cultivated and sustained collaborative working relationships with multiple authorities having jurisdiction to ensure timely approval of site entitlement deliverables and permits required for the construction of one regional laboratory, eight medical office buildings, and four ambulatory surgery centers. Mike also served as one of three Program Directors responsible for deploying a new accelerated modularized delivery of the next generation medical office building. The objective of this program was to improve speed to market, reduce design and construction costs and deliver high-quality, energy-efficient branded facilities located in California, Oregon, the State of Washington, Hawaii, Colorado, Virginia, the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Georgia.
