Renato Cayuela

Renato Cayuela currently serves as the Director of Community Applications at Yale University, where responsibilities include leading strategic initiatives, establishing governance frameworks, and nurturing communities of practice for the administration of Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, and the Outsystems Low Code Platform, while supporting multiple departments. Prior to this role, Renato held the position of Associate Director of PeopleSoft Development at the University of Colorado, overseeing the System Development Life Cycle for PeopleSoft ERP and managing significant upgrades. Renato also served as Manager of Application Support Services at The University of Texas at Arlington, leading Oracle and PeopleSoft platform administration and implementation. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Senior Oracle DBA at HP and as both an Oracle DBA and PeopleSoft Administrator at PeopleSoft. Renato holds an MBA with a major in Management from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with Informatics from Centro Universitário Fundação Santo André.
