Rhonda Bagby

Rhonda Bagby currently serves as the Head of Finance and Business Strategy for Yale Health at Yale University, overseeing financial operations and business strategy for a healthcare organization dedicated to the Yale community. Prior to this role, Rhonda founded Bagby CPA, LLC, specializing in interim and fractional CFO services for health organizations. Rhonda's extensive experience includes serving as CFO for Friday Health Plans and VP of Finance for Bright Health, with responsibilities spanning finance, medical economics, and strategic management in large health plans. Previous roles include Market Vice President at Humana, National VP at UnitedHealth Group, and a Field Examiner for the State of Mississippi's Department of Insurance. Rhonda holds advanced degrees in Sports Management and Accounting from the University of Florida and Delta State University, and completed the President's Leadership Development Program at The Wharton School.
