Sheila McCreven

Sheila McCreven currently serves as a Selectman for the Town of Woodbridge, having been re-elected to a two-year term in November 2023. Since August 2019, Sheila has held the position of Director of Communications and Content Strategy at Yale University, where responsibilities include crafting and implementing strategies for international communications and enhancing the university's reputation. Sheila’s extensive experience in public service includes roles as Deputy First Selectman and Director of Communications for the Town of Woodbridge, as well as significant involvement with the Amity Region 5 Board of Education. Additionally, Sheila owns Novum Arts, a digital communications and social media marketing firm specializing in web design and development. Sheila holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Media Arts from the School of Visual Arts and has a background in various leadership roles within educational and community organizations.
