N. Absa Gningue

N. Absa GNINGUE is an experienced professional with a diverse background in innovation, marketing, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as an Innovation Platform Officer at the African Development Bank Group since June 2018, GNINGUE manages the Innovation & Entrepreneurship Lab, developing initiatives aimed at creating sustainable jobs for African youth. GNINGUE has also been involved with the Young African Leadership Initiative as a Mandela Washington Fellow since 2014 and owns a business focused on promoting African fashion. Additional experience includes leadership roles at IBM, Samsung Electronics, and Procter & Gamble where GNINGUE contributed to marketing strategies and demand generation, along with co-founding an accountancy software company. Educational qualifications include executive leadership training from Harvard Business School and multiple degrees in business and marketing.
