Alfredo Covarrubias Alvarez

Alfredo Covarrubias Alvarez is an experienced Application Support Engineer currently working at Yalo since November 2020. Previously, Alfredo held the position of Applications Support Engineer L1/L2 at Tata Consultancy Services, providing support for insurance management applications in Puerto Rico and Mexico, and managing tickets through Service Now. Alfredo's background includes software engineering at Tesselar, where responsibilities included SQL reporting for SAP Business One and creating Web Services with C#.
