Ashley Wells

Ashley Wells has extensive work experience in various human resources roles. Ashley started their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Yamaha Motor Canada Ltd. in 2013, and gradually moved up to become a Human Resources Coordinator and then a Human Resources Specialist. Ashley later became the Manager of Human Resources and ultimately the Director of Human Resources, Training & Compliance at the same company. Prior to their time at Yamaha, Ashley worked as a Sales Support Coordinator at Empire Life. Ashley also gained experience as an Agent Staff at State Farm and as a Hospitality Supervisor at Angus Glen Golf Club.

Ashley Wells completed their Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies with a Business Administration Option and a minor in Psychology at Wilfrid Laurier University from 2003 to 2007. Ashley then pursued a Human Resources Management degree at Seneca Polytechnic from 2008 to 2009.
