Amy Kalil

Amy is a corporate and transactional lawyer who specializes in M&A and strategic transactions.

Over the course of her career, she has developed a depth of experience in all aspects of private equity and venture capital transactions, including both debt and equity financing. She also has significant fund management experience and has advised several startups and portfolio companies with respect to IPO readiness and corporate governance.

She was the Global Head of the M&A, Venture Capital and Corporate Development Legal team at Cisco Systems Inc. Prior to Cisco, she was the Head of M&A Legal for the Global Investment Bank at UBS. She began her career as an M&A associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP.
