Tasha Jackson M.S., PHR has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Tasha currently holds the position of VP, People and Culture for Yamamotoyama and Stash Tea. Prior to this, Tasha worked as an Independent Consultant at Divine HR, LLC offering professional consulting, training, and HR solutions. Tasha also served as Vice President of Human Resources at Management 360, where they oversaw recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits. Tasha's experience also includes being the Global Head of Human Resources and Total Rewards at Advanced Nutrients Ltd., Employee Relations Director at Sodexo, Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Aramark, and Executive Team Lead Human Resources at Target. Throughout their career, Tasha has demonstrated expertise in workforce development, talent management, and employee relations.

Tasha Jackson M.S., PHR began their education by earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Tennessee State University, where they studied from 2001 to 2004. Building upon this foundation, they went on to pursue a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Southern New Hampshire University, from 2015 to 2018, enhancing their understanding of the psychological aspects within the workplace.
