Milos Nikolic

Milos Nikolic is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in systems analysis, project management, and technical delivery across various organizations. Currently serving as the Business Process Lead and HST ICT Systems Analyst at Yancoal Australia Ltd since January 2017, Milos has successfully managed the implementation of a new Health, Safety & Risk Management System and led data migration efforts. Prior to this role, Milos held multiple positions at CMO Software, including Global Technical Solutions Manager and Technical Team Manager for APAC, where responsibilities included overseeing technical delivery projects, refining agile processes, and leading teams of technical analysts. Milos began a career in technology as a Part-Time Research Assistant at Monash University, with a Bachelor of Computer Science specializing in Software Development obtained from the institution in 2008.
