Ning Zhang

Ning Zhang is an Executive Director and Vice-Chair of Yancoal Australia Ltd.

Mr Zhang is also the Chair of Yancoal's Executive Committee.

Mr Zhang was appointed to these roles on 20 March 2020.

Mr Zhang is an experienced senior finance executive with a career that spans nearly 30 years at the Yankuang Group, including most recently as Vice Director of the Finance Department and the Director of the Audit and Risk Department.

Mr Zhang holds a Bachelor Degree and a Master's Degree from Tianjin University of Finance and Econimics, and is accredited as a Professorate Senior Accoutant and International Finance Manager.
