Anton Fedorov

Anton Fedorov is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in establishing and managing HR operations across various sectors. Currently serving as an HR Project Leader at Yandex International, Anton has successfully launched HR initiatives in Kazakhstan and Turkey and built a high-performing HR team. Prior roles include directing HR processes for a large development team at Yandex Ads Tech, managing HR projects for National Media Group, and leading recruitment functions for major organizations such as CTC Media and Raiffeisen Bank Russia. Anton holds a degree in Management Psychology from Russian New University and is furthering education with Yandex Practicum.
