Dragos Crisan

Dragos Crisan is an experienced operations executive with a strong background in manufacturing and management across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations EMEA at Yanfeng since September 2025, Dragos previously held the position of Global Manufacturing Director at Accell Group, where a comprehensive manufacturing transformation was led. Prior roles include General Manager at Yanfeng's joint venture in Beijing, Regional Director of Operations, and management positions at Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi, Autoliv, IAC Group, Terra GRES, and Sumitomo Electric Wiring Systems. Dragos holds a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science from the Technical University of Cluj Napoca.
