Deirdre Ward

Deirdre Ward is an experienced professional in training and development, currently serving as the iGKM Project Coordinator and formerly as the Data Integrity Project Analyst at The Yankee Candle Company, Inc. since September 2018. Prior experience includes roles as L&D Advisor at Thrings and L&D Officer at Apetito, where Deirdre developed internal training courses and collaborated on an internal Learning Management System. Deirdre also demonstrated expertise as an L&LD Analyst at Bank of America, coordinating training for over 3,000 employees, and previously as an Executive Recruiter at RFC Recruitment. Deirdre holds a BSc in Retail and Services Management from Technological University Dublin and a CIPD Certificate in Training Practices from the National College of Ireland.
