Alvaro Anton

Alvaro Anton has extensive work experience in various technology leadership roles. Alvaro is currently the CTO at Yape since May 2021. Prior to this, they were the Chief Technology Officer at Telecine from June 2019 to April 2022. Before that, Alvaro worked at Youse Seguros as CTO & Interim CEO from August 2018 to June 2019, and as CTO from January 2016 to June 2019. Alvaro also served as the CTO at OLX Brasil in 2015. Additionally, Alvaro held the position of CTO at bomnegócio.com from May 2011 to November 2013, and as Chief Technology Officer at bomnegócio.com from the company's inception until November 2013. Alvaro began their career at Bravo Tecnologia as an Infrastructure and *NIX Specialist from February 2003 to February 2006.

Alvaro Anton received their education in Leadership/Change Management and Business Administration and Management from DUKE/LSE Corporate Education in 2012. Alvaro also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi. Additionally, Alvaro has obtained certifications such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) from the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium, Inc., (ISC)², and certifications from Linux Professional Institute (LPI) and Red Hat.
