Cesar Rios currently serves as the Chief of Staff for the Commerce Vertical at Yape, focusing on strategy and finance for retail, insurance, and design initiatives. With a strong background in business strategy, Rios has played a pivotal role in overseeing financial planning, business expansion, and product growth. Previous experiences at Yape include positions as Business Specialist Proficient, Business Specialist Senior, and Business Specialist Advanced, where significant contributions included enhancing profitability strategies and streamlining credit risk management processes. Prior to Yape, Rios interned at GRIO - Grupo Romero Investment Office, contributing to M&A transactions and strategic consulting efforts, and at Krealo, where Rios was involved in fintech deals and mobile POS product development. Rios holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico and has studied at Singapore Management University.
