Zeynep Ersamut

Zeynep Ersamut has over 23 years of experience in the banking sector, primarily focused on foreign trade operations. Currently serving as the Foreign Trade Operations Director at Yapı Kredi since November 2012, Zeynep manages a team of 35 and oversees operations related to letter of credit transactions, standby letters of credit, and international guarantees, while also representing the bank in the Banking Commission of ICC Turkey. Previously, Zeynep held various managerial roles at Akbank from 2000 to 2012, where responsibilities included advising on foreign trade transactions, training staff and clients on ICC rules, and managing operations for different segments of clients. Zeynep holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Istanbul University and is recognized as a CDCS since 2004.
