Eriko Matsuda

Eriko Matsuda currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Yappli since July 2023, following a tenure as CMO at UPWARD, Inc. from January 2022 to June 2023. Previous experience includes various marketing leadership roles at Microsoft from December 2011 to December 2021, where responsibilities encompassed digital and event marketing, digital advertising, and mobile and search marketing. Prior to Microsoft, Eriko held the position of Executive Director of the CRM Group at transcosmos inc. and managed business operations at Doubleclick Japan, Inc. Additionally, Eriko is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Keio Business School from April 2024 to March 2026.
