Elliot Formal

Elliot Formal currently serves as the CEO of Agoro Carbon Alliance since June 2022, previously holding the role of Interim CEO. At Yara Growth Ventures, Elliot has been the Finance Director since May 2021, while also serving in various finance roles at Yara International from January 2018 to June 2022, including Finance Director for Portfolio Development and Business Controller. Prior experience includes positions as a Business Analyst/Controller at Hurtigruten and International Sales Manager at Unikia AS. Elliot's educational background includes a Master's degree in International Business from the Norwegian School of Economics and dual Bachelor's degrees from James Madison University.
