Gokul Raghunathan

Gokul Raghunathan, PCC (ICF), currently serves as the Global Director of Leadership Development at TTEC, where the focus is on empowering future leaders across a workforce exceeding 40,000. Previously, Gokul held the position of Global Lead for the Leadership Academy at Blue Yonder, overseeing management development initiatives and implementing a global coaching framework. As Chief Consultant at Mindelligence, Gokul collaborated with over 40 organizations, designing tailored programs in leadership and organizational development that impacted more than 20,000 professionals. Earlier roles include Regional Human Resources Manager at Cipla and HRBP at Matrimony.com Limited, where talent development and employee engagement were prioritized. Gokul's educational background includes a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Rajagiri Business School, an MSc in Psychology from the University of Madras, and a BSc in Psychology from Mahatma Gandhi College, along with an Executive Program in Human Resources Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
