Crystal MacDougall

Crystal MacDougall is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership development, marketing communications, and diversity and inclusion. Currently serving as the Director of Leadership Development at DaVita Kidney Care since July 2023, Crystal focuses on employee development and human resources. Previously, Crystal held various leadership roles at CSG, including Executive Director of Global Brand Marketing and Communications and Director of Content Marketing & Engagement Strategy, contributing to significant advancements in diversity and inclusion. Earlier experience includes positions at NBN Co Limited as General Manager of State Corporate Affairs and at Telstra in roles such as Corporate Affairs Manager and Public Relations Advisor. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colorado State University and has furthered education at the University of Canberra.
