Leonardo Silva

Leonardo Silva is an experienced professional in the chemical and agrochemical industries, currently serving as the V.P. of Process Excellence and Vice President of Production at Yara International since August 2011, overseeing production facilities in Brazil. Previously, Leonardo held the role of Production Director at Yara Brasil, managing fertilizer production and operations. Prior experience includes positions such as Plant Manager at Milenia Agrociências, Industrial Manager at Yara Brasil Fertilizantes, Senior Production Coordinator at Polo Filmes, and Plant Production Manager at Amazonas Vinilex. Leonardo holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande, a Master's in Polymer Science from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, and an MBA in Business Management from Unisinos.
