Renata Padovani

Renata Padovani is a skilled professional with extensive experience in technology and quality management. Currently serving as a Senior Tech Lead at Yara International since September 2023, Renata previously held the role of Key User SAP QM at Yara Brasil from July 2020 to September 2023. Prior experience includes quality analyst positions at CEVA Logistics and a tutoring role at Anhanguera Educacional. Renata's long-term tenure at Correias Mercúrio S.A. involved supervising management systems and leading quality audits, as well as implementing Lean Manufacturing and managing customer complaints.
