Peter Maldonado is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in restaurant management and operations. Currently serving as General Manager at Yardbird Group since April 2023, Peter has successfully led a diverse team and implemented performance metrics for continuous improvement. Previously, Peter held the position of General Manager at Xperience Restaurant Group from January 2021 to April 2023, overseeing successful restaurant openings, including Sol Cocina in Las Vegas and Solita Tacos & Margaritas in Long Beach.
