Matthew Haines is an experienced executive in the technology and real estate industries, currently serving as Vice President of PropertyShark at Yardi since September 2014, where responsibilities include management of the PropertyShark and Point2 business units. Previously, Matthew held the position of General Manager for the Cluj Office of Yardi from April 2010 to June 2012, overseeing a diverse range of operations and expanding the team significantly during a tenure as Vice President at PropertyShark from April 2010 to June 2012. As the founder and former Chairman of PropertyShark.com from January 2003 to March 2010, Matthew laid the groundwork for a key player in the real estate data sector. Earlier career experiences include managerial roles in leading firms such as Deloitte, American Express Financial Advisors, and PriceWaterhouse Coopers, after earning a BA in Mathematics from Pomona College in 1993.
