Paul Boșorogan

Paul Boșorogan is a Senior Operations Compliance Specialist at Yardi, where the management of a five-member team is a primary responsibility. Since April 2022, Paul has focused on monitoring team quality and productivity, conducting one-on-one sessions to address performance issues. Previously, Paul was promoted from Operations Compliance Specialist II, where involvement in additional projects and training new team members demonstrated strong time management skills. Paul also held the role of Operations Compliance Specialist I at Yardi following a position as a Research Analyst at Yardi Matrix, where analysis of real estate documents and verification of information were key tasks. Paul holds a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science from the University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine and has completed studies at the Flatiron School. Academic achievements include a high school diploma in Mathematics and Informatics.
