McKenna Alm

McKenna Alm has a diverse work experience in the design industry. McKenna currently works at Yardzen as a Design Operations Manager, a role they have held since January 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Modsy for four years, where they held various positions. McKenna started as a Design Operations Associate in August 2016, where they managed 3D asset creation and oversaw the tagging and information upkeep of asset databases. In May 2017, they were promoted to Operations Manager, Style Network, where they played a key role in creating and managing Modsy's remote network of designers. McKenna handled daily operations, scaled the lead structure, managed incentive programs, and played a role in recruiting and product launches. From October 2019 to February 2020, they worked as a Product Liaison, Design Services, acting as a liaison between the Design Services department and the Product team. In this role, they unified communications across teams and strategized future updates. Overall, McKenna Alm has displayed strong skills in design operations, project management, communication, and strategy throughout their career.

McKenna Alm began their education journey in 2011 at Diablo Valley College, where they studied Art History, Criticism, and Conservation. After completing their two-year program, they transferred to the University of California, Davis in 2013. At UC Davis, they continued their studies in Art History and graduated in 2015 with a degree in Art History, Criticism, and Conservation.
