Ramiro Cruz

Ramiro Cruz has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011 as a Cad Drafter at A+3 Arquitectos. Ramiro then became a Supervisor, overseeing the drafting team and ensuring the quality of blueprints. In 2014, Ramiro became the CEO of Diseño y Desarrollo de Proyectos (DDP), supervising construction projects and meeting with clients. In 2019, they joined POOL PERFECTION LIMITED as a Landscape Designer, responsible for creating architectural presentations and providing quantity estimations for construction projects. Currently, Ramiro works at Yardzen as a Landscape Designer, specializing in architectural visualization and quantity estimations for landscape design projects in the US.

Ramiro Cruz has an extensive education history in the field of architecture. Ramiro obtained their Bachelor's degree in Architecture with a focus on the environment and nature from the Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería Nicaragua, which they attended from 2007 to 2013.

In 2019 to 2020, Ramiro pursued further education at the National Taiwan Normal University, where they earned a degree in Educación General Básica with a specialization in Chinese language and literature.

Continuing their education, Ramiro enrolled at the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology in 2020 to pursue a Master of Architecture degree, with a focus on architectural studies.

In 2022, Ramiro joined the Wuhan University of Technology to further their architectural studies. Ramiro is currently pursuing a Master of Architecture degree and specializing in the field of architecture.

To complement their academic qualifications, Ramiro has also obtained several certifications in the field. In 2020 and 2021, they obtained certifications such as "LEED GA Building Design + Construction" and "LEED AP Building Design + Construction" from Green Business Certification, Inc. Additionally, they completed the "Certified Professional Revit for Architecture" certification from Autodesk Construction Solutions and the "Revit Architecture Certified Professional" certification from Certiport - A Pearson VUE Business in 2021.
