Fergus Cruikshank

Fergus has worked in property development for over 20 years, which includes the last five years in the housing sector and is responsible for heading up the land and planning team which covers Surrey, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and northern parts of Hampshire. He has been instrumental in delivering a number of land led schemes for the business, including a joint venture with Linden Homes in West Sussex and two sites in central Woking, the latter delivering 72 apartments for both shared ownership and affordable rent.
